Firewall Install
Firewall installs and runs fine on my machine XP pro but won't install on my wifes also, XP pro. I bought two licenses. It starts and unpacks but then "Windows Installer" comes up and clicking "OK" stops everything.

Does your wife's computer have any other security software installed?
Have you tried restarting the computer and trying to run the installation again?1 Comment

We have 2 machines both dual boot W2k/X. I bought two licenses and firewall installed fine and runs well on mine but not hers. I diabled her virus program before install (Nod 32). The program unpacks ok then Windows Installer pops up and clicking ok wipes everything out. I'm considering re-downloading it from her machine. Any ideas -

You can try downloading the installer again to make sure there wasn't a problem with the download. It may be best if you contact us directly at support@sunbeltsoftware.com so we can collect some system information from you to get a better idea of why this might be happening.
