Free service or not?
I downloaded the Personal Firewall on the recommendation of Gizmo Richards. He says in his article that this software is free to use for personal systems, but my software says it ixpires in 29 days. Is the a key I need to activate the free extandes service?

Inappropriate?After the trial period, the product goes into a "basic" mode which still gives you strong protection, just not as much as the full version.1 Comment

I just downloaded the supposed 15 day trial software, but immediately on installation got a message saying it was switching to basic mode unless I purchased it immediately. -
Inappropriate?I am not with Sunbelt, but was on the beta team and I can tell that Gizmo Richards got the wrong info out. Vipre can be downloaded free for 15 days, then you either uninstall it or buy it and they will give you a key. If you have Counterspy by Sunbelt, you can but Vipre at an upgrade price of $9.95. I hope this helps.
