frequent shutdown in Vista
My Vipre is frequently shut down by Vista due to a faillure. Vista recommends to load Vipre 3.1 Beta 6 to solve this problem. I downloaded and installed the newest version on your page, but no change. Where can I get this Beta?

When Vipre shuts down due to the failure, what is the error message saying? Are there any codes that it is giving?
Do you have any other antivirus software that might have come with the computer stil on it and running? If so, uninstall it please. There currently is no beta for Vipre.
