Hanging on boot time cleaner
Hi there. I have scanned this laptop, and it boots to the boot time cleaner. It scans a bunch of files and then hangs at \device\harddiskvolume2\windows\system32\drivers\tunmp.sys

When I look up that system file it looks like its a Microsoft Tunnel Interface Driver. So its not a threat its freezing on. I would like you to try and boot into windows safe mode and try and run a scan from there, and see if it also freezes while scanning.
