Inappropriate?Thank you for contacting Sunbelt Software. Due to a large change in the definition files posted last night, some customers are experiencing high CPU usage during the application of the definition files.
To correct this issue, please run the following utility to disable the services. You be prompted to reboot the system.

After rebooting run the following utility to replace the definition files.

When the second utility is finished running, please run this utility to enable the services. You again will be prompted to reboot the computer.

When Windows restarts, everything should be back to normal. I apologize for the inconvenience. -

Inappropriate?Hi Christy,
Glad to hear it's working. The problem started with an update, so the other computer may not have received it. We pulled it off the server pretty quickly.
If you email us at support@sunbeltbelt-software.com or onlineshop@sunbelt-software.com
we can look up your key for you, by your name and email address.
Thanks for your patience.
