how to delete threat from remote console
New VIPRE user -- How can I clean or delete a threat found by a scan from the administrator console? I get the emails, but I can't do anything. Even physically going to the computer lets me view the log of scans, but its to late to do anything about the treats found.

When Vipre finds a threat its first action will always be to try and clean the infected file. There is a setting in the Admin Console on the Agent Settings page of the policy. On the bottom left hand side you will see the Agent Actions section and the bottom check says "Delete Items From Quarantine That Are Older Than __ Days". On the top right hand corner of the Scanning page is a section called "Action Taken" and you have the option to change the action the agent takes for each kind of threat it encounters.
