I cannot access my account on Sunbelts website

Anytime that I had to format my pc, I would log on to my account via Sunbelts website and download the license key (+program) and then register both the firewall and counterspy. However, when I checked today to extend the counterspy, I had found that my account could no longer be found. It claims that the e-mail address and details are not known but my three license on the firewall and the counterspy license clearly state that what details I am inputting is correct.

Why after so many years being a customer has Sunbelt deleted my account? Actually delete might not be the correct word as the license on the firewall still confirms the validation. How do I find my keys if I need them and where has the account access disappeared from?
