I have renewed my iHateSpam, but it is not accepting it.
I renewed iHateSpam a few weeks ago and have also contacted support once before. It continues to notify me that my trial version has ended or it will ask for a registration #, which I do have. But it should not be doing this. I have paid for the renewal. Help!

Sometimes after a renewal, the location on the computer where the registration key is stored can become corrupt.
In order to help you get this resolved, I need to know are you using Outlook or outlook express, and are you using Ihatespam 4 or Ihatespam 5?

You can run this utility and it will let you remove the corrupt registration information.

Once it is done you can register again with your key, which is still valid, and it it will stop asking you to renew or re-register.
