I have renewed my iHateSpam, but it is not accepting it.

I renewed iHateSpam a few weeks ago and have also contacted support once before. It continues to notify me that my trial version has ended or it will ask for a registration #, which I do have. But it should not be doing this. I have paid for the renewal. Help!
