Misssing CounterSpyConsumer.msi File
I can't update CounterSpyV2 to V3. Can't apply definitions. Can't uninstall. Says it can't find CounterSpyCunsumer.msi. How do I fix this? Seemed to start after I switched Harddrives.

Inappropriate?I have the same problem as the person above. I tried your suggestion. During the install it states cannot remove the old version because it is missing CounterSpyConsumer.msi file. Any other sugestions?

Try and run this cleaner utility for VIpre, and see if it can remove that left over file. Then try and reinstall Vipre again.
