Move core update notification to post-setup wizard...

Just installed VIPRE for the first time since the core engine update and while new definitions were downloading (as part of the setup wizard) the message box saying a new version has been downloaded and ready to install. Not sure if I should click that while the definition update is running so it might be nice in the future to delay that window until the setup wizard has been completed.
