My 4+ Computer Home License Only Works On 1 (One) Computer :(

Hello,

I love your IHateSpam product so much, I decided to buy a year's subscription for my whole family. I just got my IHateSpam Home License unlock code, and it worked beautifully on my computer, but when I went to use the same Home License unlock code on my wife's computer, it slapped me and said that the number was already in use (on my computer). I uninstalled IHateSpam from my wife's computer, and reinstalled it with the version 5 (yes, she's running Outlook 2k7) trial version from your website as before when I was trying it out, and it slapped my other cheek this time and told me the same thing.

I purchased VIPRE (for my family for the same reason, I love it!) and got my Home License unlock code (in the same e-mail as IHateSpam) and it worked like a charm on my wife's computer after having used the same number on mine that came in the e-mail (as it should be).

Would you mind reminding your licensing server that my unlock code is supposed to work with 4+ computers in my house, or work whatever hoodoo that you do to make silly problems like this go away for me?

Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to verify my account status (it is brand-new, only a couple hours old at the time of this writing).
