never ending licence that has ended.
I have had for a few year the kerio firewall that says it has a licence that never expires. I have had to rebuild my machine and having re-installed the firewall I am told there is an update, but it fails to update.
I go to your website to find the latest version does not recognise my registration code and then find updates are now an annual fee.
What gives?
