Inappropriate?I can understand using new forum software but why not migrating users and existing Forum Content not migrated?
Would be nice to give an explanation.

We don't have a way of migrating information over from Get satisfaction to our new forum. And we have no way of migrating users, so this is why I wanted to make our customers aware that we are moving away from this forum and that our support and other community member can be contacted at this new forum.

Inappropriate?Thanks, Jamie, for letting us know about the official forums. Henk, if you weren't aware, GetSatisfaction is a stand-alone service available to any company, so Sunbelt Software doesn't have any type of administrative access to user records. I think a true forum on their own site is a much better fit for the type of company Sunbelt is, and I'm glad they added it.
