Ninja messages stuck in submission queue

I have the latest Ninja installed. When either of the agents are registered, mail does not flow - it is stuck in the Exchange 2007 Submission Queue. If I unregister the Ninja Agents, mail works fine.

Over the weekend, I installed WSUS 3.0 SP1 on the server. To get the WSUS to install, I had to rebuild the Performance Counters Library by running the command "lodctr /R" on our Windows 2008 server. I have removed WSUS 3.0 SP1 but Ninja still will not work. I also removed and reinstalled Ninja.
