Product went from great to frustration
my active protection has been disabled and I cannot enable it. My definitions went from 2521 to 0. Now what do I do? Also I can't run a scan because I have no definitions. I don't know if I am protected and why this happened.

Inappropriate?hey Sherrill, one of my friend recent;y got the same problem and he uninstalled his anti virus and re installed counterspy and it worked like a charm, there is absolutely no spyware on his computer right now..i hope this helped
