Quarantine
I have a program that I am trying to load. When I origianlly loaded it it changed my startup registry which I did not want because I am not the only user on the computer. I went in and change the start up registry but the next time I ran the program it again tried to change the startup. I chose block and remember this action because I thought that it would just block it each time it tried to change the registry. Now I can not get the program to run at all and everytime I try to run it there is another entry in my quarantine folder. I still want to use the software how do I get CounterSpy to leave the program alone.

Thanks for posting. Please follow the instructions below to unblock anything that may of been accidentally blocked by CounterSpy.
Open CounterSpy,
Go to VIEW,
Click ACTIVE PROTECTION,
Select "VIEW ALL USER BAD APPLICATIONS".
From there you should be able to see the blocked actions you took and be able to remove them.
Also, within CounterSpy, go to VIEW/SYSTEM SCAN/ MANAGE QUARANTINE.
Then, select and remove the items you want removed.
