Removing Software Programs I No Longer Use
I previously attempted to remove I Hate Spam, and CounterSpy. I still have part of the programs on my computer. Please tell me how I can 'completely' delete both of them. I have VIPRE AntiVirus and Personal Firewall. Thks, Benny

Thank you for contacting technical support.
If you currently have Vipre installed on your system, it automatically removes Counterspy for you. One system cannot have Counterspy and Vipre running simultaneously. Here is a link to download Vipre if you don't already have it installed.
To remove Ihatespam, simply go into control panel,
(XP)- Open Add or Remove Programs, click on Ihatespam and select uninstall/change.
(Vista) Open Programs and Features/(uninstall a program), click Ihatespam and uninstall it.
