Reseller Relationships should be a Priority for Sunbelt Software
This recent snafu with the over-sized update has cost me, as a reseller, a lot of money. Clients do not expect to have to pay for me to come and re-install Vipre when the problem is with Vipre not anything they were responsibble for. I want to know why it happened, what is being done about it, and why resellers were not notified early on about the problem so they could take proactive steps?

Inappropriate?Gary, I sent a letter to all resellers on this issue that explains what happened and what we're doing about it. Did you get the letter? If not, I can post it here or send it to you seperately.

We're sorry to see that the updates have caused these problems for your customers and you. We have added a large amount of malware to our lists of known threats which may have picked up some false positives. We are currently working on releasing definitions to correct these errors.
