Reseller Relationships should be a Priority for Sunbelt Software

This recent snafu with the over-sized update has cost me, as a reseller, a lot of money. Clients do not expect to have to pay for me to come and re-install Vipre when the problem is with Vipre not anything they were responsibble for. I want to know why it happened, what is being done about it, and why resellers were not notified early on about the problem so they could take proactive steps?
