risk definitions expired
I am trying to upgrade to Vipre and the wizard tells me my risk definitions have expired. I was using a valid counterspr program. How do I get it to work?

Inappropriate?Hi Carole, thank you for your question and I do apologize for the confusion. You will need a new VIPRE Registration Key to enter into VIPRE to fully activate the software. If you have already purchased a VIPRE subscription, the order confirmation email you received contains the Registration Key you need along with instructions for entering the Key. If you have not yet purchased a VIPRE subscription, please call us at 800-336-3166, 9am-6pm EST and we will be happy to assist you.
