Scan Service Problem
Recently, had this problem: Scan service encountered a problem and needs to close when updating or doing system scan. Error signature: szAppName:SBCSSvc.exe szAppVer: 2.2.1156.0 szModName: SBTE.dll szModVer:2.2.1156.0 offset: 0006ceb0
I don't have any problem at all running CS current version until now. Now can't update or scan system. Please advise.

There could be something wrong with the Counterspy installation that is causing this. To resolve it please try and uninstall Counterspy using add/remove programs in the control panel, then reinstall it by downloading the latest version from this link,http://www.sunbelt-software.com/suppo...
Save the file to your desktop and run it once it is done, and that will let you reinstall Counterspy.
