Second MS Explorer annoyance
Second Internet explorer is starting up like a pop up.
then the computer locks up. Especially when I try to close that window. Or the window closes and then things work slow like the RAM memory is full.
What should I do. No virus scan (MacAfee) or Counter Spy scan have found any problems. The new explorer that starts is NOT a tab it is a second window. Example today Entrepreneur.com will start automatically How do I get it to stop?

We recommend running scans in Windows safe mode with both CounterSpy and an anti-virus product.
Restart your computer, then tap the F8 key on the keyboard after it first starts up (ex. If you have a Dell it will flesh Dell on the screen, then start tapping F8). When the menu appears, use the arrow keys to select safe mode and press enter twice. If you are prompted to select a user, select your username.
