Security risk definitions not updating.
Hi, I am running Counter Spy 2.5.1043. The security risk definitions are not updating automatically or manually. The dialog bow opens and it looks like it begins to search and download files, but it never finishes. It is trying to update from version 851 to 860.

Inappropriate?Thank you for posting. CounterSpy may be getting stuck on an old definitions download. Try clearing out your history and temp files from Internet Explorer, then try to download again. If that does not work, follow the directions below to manually update your definitions.
- Right click on the CounterSpy icon in the service tray (down by the time on your desktop) and choose “Shutdown CounterSpy”
- Download the latest definition file from the following link. When asked to “run or save”, choose save and save the file to your desktop.
http://www.sunbelt-software.com/ihs/c...
- Double click on the downloaded file to update the definitions
- Restart CounterSpy by clicking on Start/All Programs/Sunbelt software/CounterSpy
Your definitions should now be up to date.
If you're still having problems, please contact our support department at support@sunbelt-software.com or call 877-673-1153. Reference ticket number, 001-00-235636.
