I am clicking on links on legitimate websites and getting Ad Blocked by SPF. How can I stop this pleased.

You can add the website to the site exceptions in the firewall and this will allow the page to display.
To do that open sunbelt personal firewall from the icon in your system tray, then click on the web tab. In here click on the site exceptions tab, then click add. In here you can enter the website you are going to that is not displaying correctly. After you enter the main part of the website (I.e. www.google.com) add a * at the end of it, so that it will allow any page on that website.

To let SPF permit the ads on a website, or let whatever it is claiming are ads, please follow these instructions:
Open up the firewall by double clicking the icon, then click on "Web."
Remove the check for "Block advertisements." (as shown in the picture)
