Sunbelt Firewall doesn't show up in Security Center

Hello,

I installed Sunbelt Personal Firewall on somebody's laptop some time ago. Now she told me the Windows Security Center complains about the WIndows Firewall not running. Though SPF is installed and running, it doesn't show up in the Security Center (anymore? I'm not sure - on my computers, there's no complain). I tried to update it, uninstalled and re-installed it - it didn't help.
What can I do?
