Sunbelt Software
Sunbelt Software will not answer my email and honor my upgrade from CounterSpy to VIPRE and send me a license key for the VIPRE upgrade. I also called by phone and the lady said she would send me the license key but have not heard anything from her for about a week. Called on phone on 14 Aug 08 and sent 2nd email on 16 Aug 08. I purchased a CounterSpy Home site License: 1 year subscription, on 10 Mar 08; Order #: 080310131831240 for an upgrade to VIPRE at no extra cost. Cannot seem to get Sunbelt Software to send me the Registration Key. Help.
