Whatever the (temporary) problem is with the new keys being sent out, you guys were on it --- and within minutes your Temp Key did the trick! I was able to update and all is well. (whewww!) :-)

Inappropriate?I have an idea why this is happening (when VIPRE though just installed says a few reboots later it's actually out of date). In our case the VIPRE demo locked up on scanning. One of the things we did was a cold boot after removing power to the unit. This unit is older though and I discovered the BIOS battery is not working, so it's not keeping the time, and thus the time calculation from VIPRE shows it out of date on the next boot up.
