The remote name could not be resolved: 'updates.sunbeltsoftware.com'
Greetings, I just checked our Vipre Enterprise status and found that updates are not downloading. We have Server version 3.1.2944.0, Agent version 2256 and Definition version 2387. When I click on the "Update Now" button I get this error: The remote name could not be resolved: 'updates.sunbeltsoftware.com'

Thanks for getting back to quickly. I had to reboot the server in the course of mainaining another application and the updates started to work. So, the situation is resolved. Thanks again.
