Unable to license VIPRE - Error 417 Expectation Failed
We have just purchased VIPRE as an upgrade to CounterSpy, I’ve just installed and when I log into the console and go to Registration and put in the new Key I get the following error.
Currently this leaves our VIRPE unable to download it’s definitions or update any Agents. If someone could please let us know how to get around this error, it would be greatly appreciated. I have seen this error once before with a .NET App that used HTTPRequest and the fix was to add the following to the exe.config file. I have tried this but with no success.

I have forwarded this to support@ as well, but want to ensure I can get a fix ASAP.
