Uninstall Vipre Enterprise Client
We were testing Vipre Enterprise. The console would not allow us to remove the deployed client, uninstall was ghosted out. We have since removed the console and now looking for a way to remove the client. Please help, our experiences were not positive and this is just a continuation! It is NOT listed in Add/Remove programs.

Inappropriate?I'm sorry that you had a problem with the software. If there is anythign we could do to keep you working with us please let us know.
Not being able to remove the agent from the console is a limitation of the evaluation copy. If you have hidden it from add remove programs you could create a MSI installer to aid in removing it, but from you post i see that you no longer have this option available to you.
Below is a link to our agent removal tool. Be caustious when using it because it will reboot the machine without notice once it completes removing the agent.

Inappropriate?Thanks, that removed the client as expected. We did submit an e-mail support request early yesterday. Then continued working on it ourselves and saw a LOT of people reporting similar issues. We were looking for a low resource client, but found exactly the opposite in our experience. And the Enterprise console crashed a lot. We are going ahead with another solution we were evaluating. Thanks!
