Uninstalled trial and I cannot activate bought version - this is bull crap
I downloaded the trial version and today I purchased it for a year for 2 computers. It uninstalled my trial and now it won't activate my new subscription, the registration keys are not working and of course there is no on to talk to. IF you cannot supply me with the product I want my money back.

Please re-download the installer for vipre from the following link, http://go.sunbeltsoftware.com/?linkid...
Once its reinstalled it will go thru the setup wizard and you will be able to register at one of the last steps.

Inappropriate?I spent 2 hours manually uninstalling Counterspy so I could upgrade to Vipre. 2 Vipre files would not install so I told the install program to ignore them. I tried entering my registration code but my computer said the program I was accessing was "busy" and gave me the option to "switch to" or "ignore". "switch to" just causes a repeat action. "ignore" cancels the registration.
I've had numerous problems with Sunbelt software installation and un-installation. You guys need to get a better programmer. I like your software once it gets installed but upgrading and un-installing is a pain in the neck and lots of crap is left on the computer. TERRIBLE programming. You may lose this customer.

Inappropriate?Try and run this cleaner, it will make sure that Vipre is completely removed from your system, http://www.sunbelt-software.com/ihs/CS&Vipreinfo.exe
Once that is done disable any other security software you have running, then try and reinstall Vipre again.
