Update environment working, not working, what???
I have CS V3 on one laptop and CS V2 on another, both going through the same router and high speed cable modem, both laptops with XP HE SP2.
With CS V3 I get update failure error due to internet connection; I'm not having any other connection issues. My app says it's on Definitons v2434, 12/01/08. BUT Sunbelt's website Definitions page for VIPRE and for CS V3 say that the current verson is 2432, 12/01/08. BUT The web pages for marketing VIPRE and CS V3 each say Defintions are current at v2437, 12/02/08.
For CS V2, my app says it's on Definitions v912, 11/20/08; I can connect to your update server with V2 and the response says I am current at Definitions v912. BUT Sunbelt's Definiitons page says the current is EITHER v911, 11/17/08 OR it's version 914, 12/02/08, depending on which line you read.
