Update failure
I cannot update my CounterSpy software. After download, a message tells there is no digital signature which prevents updating.

Inappropriate?It sounds like you just had a bad download of the update. You can try deleting your temporary internet files and updating your definitions again. Also please make sure you're on the latest version of CounterSpy which is currently 3.1.2416. -

You should be able to just run the installer to update CounterSpy to the latest version but you may want to uninstall your older version before installing the latest version to avoid any problems. If you do that you'll need to enter your activation key again to activate your subscription in the latest version. -
