Thank you for posting your question. We have a service that hosts our updates as well as our servers hosting them, so I don't have a specific number of servers that are hosting our files.
If you have numerous people loosing packets while pinging our servers, this is something that we will need to look into.
If possible I would like you contact us here directly in support at support@sunbelt-software.com
One of the techs can assist you in gather some information that would help us to get this corrected.
