Seeing how the automated updates are failing to obtain to the definitions, you can still download them from this site. http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Home-H...
Simply follow the 6 steps on the website to install the definitions after they've been downloaded.

Inappropriate?I also have this problem and am currently manually downloading the definitions. Will I have to do this every time I need new definitions or will the automated updates begin to check for me? I hope I didn't just pay for a product that won't check for its own definitions.
