Save this file to your desktop and then double-click the installer file to install CounterSpy v2.5.1043 Please make sure that all other security applications are shutdown or disabled before installing CounterSpy v2 to avoid potential conflicts during the installation.

at v2.5.1043 but now defs looping at 822?

no matter how I try the down load from 822 to 828 starts gets about an inch of blue on the graph (which dissapears) then runs in a loop with nograph progress? I have to right click the icon in the tray & choose shutdown counterspy to stop it????

Even though the progress bar stops CounterSpy will continue to update. If for some reason is doesn’t finish please follow the instructions below to manually update.

- Download the latest definition file from the following link. When asked to “run or save”, choose save and save the file to your desktop.

- Double click on the downloaded file to update the definitions

The definitions should now be up to date.
