Inappropriate?Hello Ray!
Thanks for posting! I apologize for the issue VIPRE is causing. Are you getting any errors when the service stops? Also, have you tried updating?

Inappropriate? Thanks Jaime for the reply. Manual updates seem to work fine. I didn't see any new software version on the site. Is there a new version out?

Inappropriate? The latest version is 3.1.2416, which I see you are already on. When does the service stop? Is it after scans or does it seem to be randomly?
-
Inappropriate?Randomly.

Inappropriate? We can try disabling ThreatNet to see if that resolves the issue. There is a known issue with ThreatNet that we are working on now. In VIPRE, click on File, then Settings, and then uncheck both "Enable ThreatNet... and Allow ThreatNet...". Then press Apply, and see if this keeps VIPRE running.

Inappropriate? Those are the even viewer logs. They don't really tell us much about the issue. Have you tried disabling ThreatNet?
-
Inappropriate?Just did and will give it time. I will post back in a day or so if it worked or not.
Thanks for the help.
