Vipre agent continuously shuts down
I am running 3.1.2944 Vipre Enterprise. I have on workstation that continuously stops running the SBAMsvc. I checked the event logs and there is really no useful information there. The only items that are intelligible is in the system logs which state that Sunbelt antivirus was started and then a log almost immediately following that says the service was successfully sent a stop command.
Sometimes I can start the service remotely successfully once; but it eventually stops again and when I try to start it a second time, I get a message that it cannot be started in it's current state.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the agent more times than I can count both manually and remotely with no success. It is extremely important that this system have working anti-malware installed ASAP as it is a laptop that often connects outside our network.

I just captured a system event (not very informative) after it crashed during a scan:
Event ID: 7034
The Sunbelt VIPRE Antivirus Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 2 time(s).
There no corresponding event in the application logs.

Inappropriate?I can manually start the agent; and attempt to load the console; but am then met with "Switch-to" or "Retry" server busy message.. This is continuous. If I click 30+ times the console will load but then the agent shortly shuts down. THis is on XP MCE - SP3 and all updates. I'm attempting to use the 5008 defs.
I even went as far as to uninstall the agent; create a brandnew XP profile; delete the previous profile because it had a space int he User ID. This still does not work.... HELP!
