VIPRE Agent will not install on mgmt server. sbs 08
Vipre enterprise agent will not install on the management server. It is a Small Business Server 2008 64 bit. The agent deployed everywhere else fine, but it will not report back to the server from it's own management server.

To correct this please go into the policy, click the Agent Settings tab, and in the Servers section check the two boxes that say Save as IP. Once this has been done you should be able to deploy an agent locally.
If you are still unable to get the agent installed one of our support technicians will need to take a closer look at this issue. Please email support@sunbeltsoftware.com and we will have a support ticket created for you. Include your contact information, software version, and a brief description of the issue. One of our techs will contact you shortly.
