Vipre Antivirus and Malware - will not update - then shuts down!! I want my money back.
Vipre software says it has an update to install - then I get an error that says "Error reading setup initialization file" - I have followed PerryB's instructions to remedy the situation - but unable to download the huge file required to fix. Therefore I want my money back - Purchase Order # 081015015029707

To correct this issue with reading the setup initialization file, you will first need to delete that installation program.
Then you will need to download it again from http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Home-H...
This error is caused by a bad download.
