Vipre does not get along with Firefox
With Sunbelt Kerio (4.6.1845, free version) firewall and Vipre (trial) installed, Firefox 3.0.3 has serious problems. Very often the links are loaded only after several refreshes. Sometimes a "not found" error response comes from a completely wrong site (the site opened in an inactive tab).
Uninstalling Vipre fixes the problem.

Inappropriate?I have Firefox 3.0.3 and Vipre 3.1.2416 and have no proplems
-
Inappropriate?Try disabling add-ons in Firefox and see if this solves the problem. If it does, enable each add-on one at a time to figure out which one is causing the problem.

Inappropriate?Thank you, Nick H., this seems to have worked. Figuring out the exact reason will take some time.

Inappropriate? Here is some update to the issue.
After some time, the problem returned, and became even worse. Internet Explorer 7 was also affected. I admit, I had over 100 tabs open in Firefox. It even continued after uninstalling Vipre. Then I removed also the Sunbelt Kerio PFW (4.6.1845), and the problem was gone!
Now I have again installed Vipre and the latest Sunbelt Kerio PFW (4.6.1861), installed in this particular order, if it should matter, and everything works fine. -
Inappropriate? If the problem returns again try turning off web filtering in the firewall and see if that solves the problem.
