VIPRE doesn't make a scan!!!!!!!
Hi, my VIPRE won't make a scan, it send me that message " Your scan has failed. If this continues please contact Technical Support". When I installed I was able to make a scan. I can update but I can't make a scan and that from the last 3 days.

Inappropriate?Please try running a quick scan. Quick scan will still scan your entire computer, it just uses a different way of scanning.
If you are unable to run a quick scan, please try to run a scan in safemode.
1. If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power
2. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.
3. Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
4. Ensure that the Safe mode option is selected.
5. Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
6. When you are finished with all troubleshooting, close all programs and restart the computer as you normally would.
