Vipre Enterprise with Sunbelt Personal Firewall

I have installed Sunbelt Personal Firewall on a corporate laptop. I also run Vipre Enterprise. I am unable to see a change in status or updates from the clientwith the firewall. I added a packet filter to allow 18082 in TCP bu still no change
