VIPRE just stung me...
I upgraded to VIPRE and paid for the upgrade. You sent a new registration key but when I try to activate I'm told the key is invalid.

Inappropriate?Hi Lon,
Thanks for posting your question. The normal cause for this is something blocking the registration key from reaching our server. If you have a firewall temporarily disable it. you can also try copy and pasting the key. -
Inappropriate? This is not the problem. VIPRE says that my subscription has expired. It seems to think that I did not renew: I renewed my subscription in October 2007, had several issues, and you extended my subscription until April 2009 but you seem to have trouble finding that renewal.
I’m very annoyed.

Inappropriate?Vipre wouldn't have the same key as CounterSpy. When upgrading to Vipre you are issued a new key that will work in Vipre. The online shop can assist you in retrieving your Vipre key onlineshop@sunbelt-software.com

Inappropriate?I know that, I have a new key sent yesterday after I bought and paid for the upgrade. The new key is not activating VIPRE.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Hello Lon, I would like to verify your new VIPRE key. Please email me with the key, my email address is onlineshop@sunbeltsoftware.com. Thank you.
-
Inappropriate?I've managed to get Vipre activated. Now it refuses to update definitions because "your subscription has expired." (This is not even logical!)
-
Inappropriate?Hi Lon, thank you for emailing your key. I am replying to you directly with more info on the definition issue now.
