Vipre right click scan
Is it possible to do a single file scan by right clicking and selecting "scan with Vipre", it doesn't seem to work?. It appears to only start a custom scan?

Thank you for contacting technical support.
It sounds as though Vipre is working properly, I provided a screen shot of what it should look similar to.
It is suppose to start a custom scan but only scan the one file you selected.
Hope this gives you some clarification.

Inappropriate?Vipre does not seem to be doing what it is supposed to, when i right click to scan the file the scan page comes up but it says 0:00 for duration and 0 for files scanned.?

Is VIPRE able to do other types of scans correctly? What kind of file are you trying to scan? If it is a password protected file then VIPRE wouldn't be able to scan it. -
Inappropriate?It seemed to be doing other scans correctly, I have reinstalled it and it is working fine now, so I guess some files or settings were corrupt. Thanks for your responses.
