vipre update fails and freezes operating system
i'm having problems with the most recent vipre update...after downloading the update, it continues to fail. the pop up window continues to come up telling me that new software has been downloaded...install now or later. if i click now it will not install...if i click later...it freezes up my system. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the vipre program, but get the same results. can you help me?

It might be having trouble downloading and running the file correctly. Please try and manually update to the latest version by downloading the following file, then running it once its done, it should let you manually upgrade to the latest version.
