Vista and Vipre not playing nice together
I am running 3.1.2710 on Vista with all updates and Vipre keeps shutting down. This has been going on for almost a fortnight. Is there a solution? No error messages.

Inappropriate?Hello Verley,
Thank you for contacting technical support.
Typically this type of behavior is derived from conflicting security software such as Norton, McAfee, Spybot, etc... If this is the case, try uninstalling that other software. If this is not the case, please continue further down.

4. Click 'Change'.
5. You will receive a prompt that asks you 'Remove All Items'. Please choose 'Yes' and click 'next.'
6. Please follow the rest of the prompts until you are able to click 'Finish.'
7. You will be asked to restart your computer, please wait to do this until after you’re finished running the cleaner.
