Was promised a coupon, was tricked!
My Vipre purchase experience was VERY unsatisfying. Here is the dialog with your CHAT representative:

you: I have the Unlimited Home Vipre in my shopping cart showing discounted to $29.95 as I expected. I also added a 1-computer Firewall in my shopping cart, but it is not showing the discount. A previous agent already answered this saying that I need to delete the Firewall, proceed with checkout and I will be prompted to add the SPF during checkout. But I have gotten through checkout to the point that I need to click the Process Order button, and still no prompt has appeared to add the SPF. Should I click Process Order, and it will prompt me after that?
Stu: I see the problem. I would suggest continue with the order as is. You can then purchase another SPF with a coupon I will give you
you: Ok, how will you give me the coupon?

you: It's been quite a while since I have heard from you Stu. You have not responded over the last 10 minutes. I'm giving up now. I have processed my order for Vipre, but feel that I have been misled on the SPF discount. I will make a copy of our dialogue here and try to email it to customer support - maybe they will get me a coupon.
you: Ok, another 5 minutes have passed. Please email me the coupon at shakya@pcslave.com. I'm logging off now.
