Why can't I get the available VIPRE software update?
With VIPRE's e-mail protection disabled, I still get error messages showing a problem between my Outlook 2000 and VIPRE's sbamoutlook.dll. Sometimes I get three to five of these error dialogs on one e-mail. It stops everything until I send it (them) away. With VIPRE e-mail protection enabled, I sometimes get an actual crash of Outlook. I am told there will be a software update to handle that. I've been getting notices that a software update failed because of the internet connection. I have ADSL, with constant internet connection. When I try again after the error message, it just tells me no updates are available. Is there any other way to get the software update? Maybe it would fix my Outlook 2000 problem. Thanks!
