Why do I get "Ad blocked here by SPF" for an online shopping bag?
I'm trying to shop online, but now that all my items are in the shopping bag, I can't access them. The page is blank and says "Ad blocked here by SPF". What should I do to keep this from happening? I do quite a bit of online shopping and this is my first try after installing VIPRE.

I believe I spoke to you earlier today in a live chat. If you're still having trouble with this you could disable web filtering. To do this, please open the firewall. Click Web on the left. Uncheck the "Enable web filtering" option then click Apply. You should be able to load the pages correctly now.
