Why won't CounterSpy Enterprise 3 update after install on XP SP3?
I can't get Counterspy Enterprise to update after being installed XP SP3. It shows a "Current definitions version: 0". The history shows "Download of threat definitions failed due to internet connection problems." There are no internet connections problems, everything else works perfectly. I've tried uninstalling, running CS&VClean for CSE3, running CCleaner, manually deleting the folder out of program files, then reinstalling. I've done this multiple times on two toshiba tablets and one dell laptop, they all have the same problem. I have to roll back the SP3 update in order for them to install. Just recently I've been getting a "Server Busy" error as well on one of the Toshiba tablets.

Inappropriate?Chip,
Thank you for contacting Sunbelt Software.
Are the Toshiba tablets running on battery power when you deploy to them?
If this is the case once they are plugged in they will download threat definitions. If this is not the case one of our support technicians will need to take a closer look at this issue. Please email support@sunbeltsoftware.com and we will have a support ticket created for you. Include your contact information, software version, and a brief description of the issue. One of our techs will contact you shortly. -
Inappropriate?Same issue, except no Toshiba. Two PCs on network with XP SP3 do not update the threat definitions. All PCs with XP SP2 have no problems.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. Another thread on this forum stated to try accessing Updates in the Counterspy Agent but I do not have such a tab in the File - Settings.
Thank you for any assistance.
I’m bummed

Inappropriate?Update to this:
Found that over 130 PCs list threat definitions as 0. Does not matter if SP2 or SP3. They just don't update. I'm working with sunbelt on this. Just wanted to post an update since my last one. Not too many people post their solutions after they've discussed with it with Sunbelt on this forum.
